It’s time to get ready for the Town of Southold Fifth Annual WinterFest. Over 2,500 guests are expected! It’s all happening on Main Road in Southold Village between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM on Saturday, February 21st, 2026. We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor and /or a sponsor.
BE AN EXHIBITOR
You must be a Town of Southold business or organization to set up a table. There is no cost to you, and preference will be given to last year’s exhibitors. We expect to have enough space for up to 50, 10’ x 10’ exhibits. To participate, please let us know by Friday, January 9, 2026. Please download the attached form below, and email it to us right away! Be an integral part of WinterFest. Sponsorship opportunities include live music, ice sculpting, signage, roaming characters, special events, and more. Opportunities range from $500 to $2,500.
